ALL YEAR INCLUDING XMAS & NEW YEAR
- Rates
are per week or 7 day period depending on time of year.
- Short
Breaks: 3 nights 75%, 4 nights 85%, 5 nights 90% of the weekly
rate, excluding school holidays. Minimum charge exists during school/bank holidays.
- Electricity,
heating and bed linen are included and there are no extra charges.
- A
well behaved dog is accepted at £30 per week.
- At
Ty Pengarreg, there is a security deposit of £75,
which is returned the week after the holiday. See Booking
Form for details.
- A 'Welcome
Pack' of local Welsh preserves, Welsh Waffles, Welsh Cakes
and homemade shortcake is included. Contents may vary.
- The
hire of the flat is from 4pm on day of arrival to 10am
on day of departure. These times may vary by arrangement for
short breaks.
- The
deposit is 25% of the hire charge and the balance is due
one month prior to commencement of the holiday.
- Please
ensure that you send the deposit promptly, within 3 days,
otherwise the flat may be re-let.
- Cheques
should be made payable to Ogwen Valley Holidays.
- Card payments: Debit card payments free, credit card payments
charged at 2.5%.
