Tariffs 2008: Pen y Graig Old Farm - Sleeps 6

0PEN ALL YEAR INCLUDING XMAS & NEW YEAR

• Out of High Season, discount may be given where there are four guests or less depending on how many rooms are used.
• Rates are per week or 7 day period depending on time of year.
• Short Breaks: 3 nights 75%, 4 nights 85%, 5 nights 90% of the weekly rate, excluding school holidays. Minimum charge exists during school/bank holidays.
• Electricity, heating and bed linen are included and there are no extra charges.
• Please bring your own bedding for the cot.
• A 'Welcome Pack' of local Welsh preserves, Welsh Waffles, Welsh Cakes and homemade shortcake is included. Contents may vary.
• Towels available @ £5 per person.
• A well behaved dog is accepted at £30 per week.
• At Pen y Graig Old Farm, there is a security deposit of £75, which is returned the week after the holiday. See Booking Form for details.
• The hire of the flat is from 4pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure. These times may vary by arrangement for short breaks.
• The deposit is 25% of the hire charge and the balance is due one month prior to commencement of the holiday.
• Please ensure that you send the deposit promptly, within 3 days, otherwise the flat may be re-let.
• Cheques should be made payable to Ogwen Valley Holidays.
• Card payments: Debit card payments free, credit card payments charged at 2%.
