Pen y Graig Old Farm sleeps 6 (1 x double, 2 x twin).

A cosy Welsh cottage with a welcoming atmosphere enjoyed by families and couples alike. Originally a small holding, Pen y Graig Old Farm is the last cottage of a terrace of three at the end of its own short lane. A private location in a cul-de-sac, it is not overlooked and has views beyond the garden of the Ogwen Valley villages set against Snowdonia's Carneddau Mountains.

The cottage is double glazed and gas centrally heated, making it lovely and warm for out of season breaks.

The farmhouse style kitchen, shown here is perfect for leisurely dinner parties. The lounge has been newly refurbished with deep comfy sofas and one firmer, high-back wing chair and there is a 28" TV with Freeview and DVD to enjoy. A feature of the lounge is the carefully restored inglenook fireplace, with large Welsh slate lintel. The Coalbrookdale living flame gas fire gives the room a cosy glow.

Pen y Graig is very accessible and conveniently situated just off the A5 on the edge of Bethesda, only a leisurely 10 minute walk to the shops, pubs and amenities. Near River Ogwen and Lon Las Cycle Track. The coast and Anglesey are only a 15 minutes drive away.

A few minutes walk from the River Ogwen weir and pool at Ogwen Bank. A popular spot for sunbathing, paddling and picnicing.

The area has plenty of lovely beauty spots and varied mountain and coastal walks of all levels.

Booking Conditions

• Rates are per week or 7 day period depending on time of year.
• Electricity, heating and bed linen are included and there are no extra charges.
• Please bring your own bedding for the cot.
• Included is a ‘Welcome Pack’ of Waffles & Bryn Seriol preserves and homemade shortbread and Welsh Cakes. Contents may vary.
• Towels available @ £5 per person.
• A well behaved dog is accepted at £30 per week.
• At Pen y Graig Old Farm, there is a security deposit of £75, which is returned the week after the holiday. See Booking Form for details.
• The hire of the cottage is from 4pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure. These times may vary by arrangement for short breaks.
• The deposit is 25% of the hire charge and the balance is due one month prior to commencement of the holiday.
• Please ensure that you send the deposit promptly, within 3 days, otherwise the cottage may be re-let.
• Security Deposit - £75 see Booking Form for conditions. £75 Security Deposit cheque should be dated the first day of the holiday and made out to ‘Ogwen Valley Holidays’.
• Read and complete the Booking Form and sign the WiFi disclaimer if you wish to use the internet.
• Cheques should be made payable to Ogwen Valley Holidays.
